What we collect

Sign-ups: if you join the weekend plans list, we store your email and/or WhatsApp number, your preferences and your consent. We use these only to send weekend plans once that service launches. Ask us to delete them at any time.

Submissions: organiser contact details are used to verify listings and are not published unless you ask.

Usage counts: we record anonymous events — searches, page views, outbound clicks — to improve the guide. These don't include your name, email or phone number.

Ask plans: questions are processed by an AI service to search our listings. Please don't include personal details.
